Iris Pendant

Inspired by Greek mythology, the Iris Pendant puts bead stitching to lovely use. The colors of the rainbow are captured in this DIY pendant, and it's a unique lesson in how to make a pendant that can be used for all sorts of DIY jewelry. A statement piece like this can stand on its own, or be paired with complementary beads for intricacy. Whatever you make of it is up to you, but whatever you make, you'll have more than a touch of the divine when you wear it around your neck.

These are very pretty. And I have tons of seed beads to use. If you read the directions you will see how easy it is too make. The directions are very well written and very understandable. I won't have any problem following them at all. Thank you for sharing this beautiful project.

When you click on the button above to get the pattern, you are taken to the bloggers site when you can see the tutorial for making this pendant. On that page, just above and slightly to the right of the name Iris Pendant there is a button that says download pdf. Click that, save it as a pdf onto your computer then print it out.

What a pretty little pendant. Creating jewelry in rounds is one of my favorites. It can be very quick and easy. The diagrams in the tutorial are helpful and bonus there's a printable PDF. You could use this same pattern to make many different embellishments for existing pieces, or an entire matching collection. I think it would make a lovely broach, earrings, or vary the size beads for a ring. These may be mother's day gifts for some ladies at church. One package of each bead style should yield enough for several of these.

Instead of the print icon at the bottom of the page press the save icon, it should save as a PDF file & you can print it from there

Hi Ladies. Once you click on the jewelry project and it opens. Scroll down to the bottom of the instructions and there is a picture that says download instructions. Click that and you can print from there. Hope this helps.

you are not alone. I hate having to work at the computer because it can't be printed....wish this would be rectified! I am sure there are a lot of us who feel the same way.

It would not let me print the instructions. Judy
