Bending bead wiring is always difficult for me. I struggle to get two different things to match. Theyre gorgeous, nonetheless. The designer used 18 gauge wire which is a little bigger than the normal ear post earring size but I am guessing if you lube them up then they should slide right in.

I really like these post earrings and have never attempted to make any yet but these are so neat and vintage looking which I like. You can wear these Dotty earrings anywhere and can change the bead to any color for any Holiday or even use birth month colors. What a great gift these would make for family or friends. Glad to see one that is easy to make and after the first pair I bet they get easier. On my list for sure.

These are such beautiful DIY earrings! I love that you could wear these for Christmas, Valentine's Day, the Fourth of July....these possibilities are endless!

I actually have a vintage bracelet with stones like this. A great throwback piece of jewelry that still looks modern!

Bula from sunny Fiji Islands. These are beautiful. Just wondering if i t is okay to make and sell at our local craft markets? I am a senior citizen and love making new things to sell. Best regards. Len

Hi Len, We are so glad to hear you like the earrings! Thank you for your note. Although we have linked to the pattern on our site, we cannot provide you with the permission to make and sell a design with it. Please contact the designer, manufacturer, or blogger directly for permission. If you click on the green, "Click here for jewelry project" link, that will take you to the full tutorial and from there you should be able to contact the designer.
