This is a wonderful project for a beginner or a quick one for a more advanced one when you need a little something Present fast. It's cute, easy and very inexpensive to do. The only change I would make is the color of the chain. I prefer silver plated. Then I would maybe make the heart pink if I were making it for a younger person.
