Materials:
- Quick Snippers tool
- small round hole punch
- 6x6-inch or 12x12-inch scrapbooking paper
- self-adhesive embellishments
- quick dry adhesive such as Aleene’s Quick Dry Tacky Glue
- 6-inch ribbon
- eyelet setter tools, 2 eyelets for extra support (optional)
Instructions:
1.) Using the Quick Snippers tool, cut three separate 6x3-inch scrapbooking papers (three different colors) and cut the design of your choice.
2.) Overlap the first piece of designed cut paper over the second piece and apply a small amount of adhesive to hold the two pieces together. Overlap the third piece of designed cut paper to the two pieces and apply a small amount of adhesive to create a three-dimensional look.
3.) With a small round hole punch, punch two holes at the end of the designed cut paper. (Add eyelets for support if desired.)
4.) Weave ribbon through the holes to secure the cuff.
5.) Adhere self-adhesive embellishments to your cuff to add bling!
