What! Are you kidding. A piece of leather,some paint(make sure it is good for painting on leather) and snap fastner kit which you can get from Amazon for about $7.00 and you are one your way to creating a great looking chevron bracelet. Why not have a get together with friends and see what each one comes up with for designs. Great for any age. Super tutorial.
