A very elegant, understated look. It will compliment any outfit. I think they will look beautiful on my diamond studs. They are in white gold which will coordinate nicely with silver chain and pearls. Just add a small clear Crystal bead and it's done. Thank you for sharing such an easy simple yet gorgeous idea. It's like I now have two pair of earrings in a few minutes.

These really wouldn't take anytime at all to put together. It'll take me longer to get the supplies together. Forget weddings, I would wear these all of the time. I'm not sure I've ever seen a pendant bead in the store. Looks like a head pin, pearl, spacer bead, and a crystal combo would work well. It would also allow for customization for the ridiculously picky, such as myself.

While these could be intended for wedding party - how dramatic for the rest of us with a simple neckline and any hemline an adjusted length of chain gives one a whole new earring or a different colour of pearl -- and as Weberme says, super quick elegance.

Wow. This is super quick and so elegant that it looks like it was bought in a very expensive store. What a super easy earring to make for the bride or make one for all the bridesmaids in a matter of just a few minutes for the whole wedding party even the flower girl. These backdrop earrings can even by used for a prom or anytime by changing the bead or charm on the bottom. very simple tutorial.

This is such a great idea for a quick earring upgrade! I made similar ones using rhinestone chain for some extra bling.
