This faux gold jewelry project will fool your friends into thinking you have the real stuff. The key ingredient in this DIY charm is some gold leaf flakes. Once you choose your stone or jewel and dab some glue on there, take a paintbrush and lather some gold flakes on it. Bada bing bada boom!

Wow. Who would have known something so simple would turn into a very stunning piece of jewelry. It looks like it cost a great deal and looks like it came from a jewelry store. I like the idea of the crystals and would love to make some as Christmas gifts.I like the gold flakes on them and really love that you can put it on the way you would like to design it yourself and make each one different.Let your child or grand children help make their own for a family member or friend. A great video to show you how and pictured tutorial. Real nice jewerly piece.
