Attractive,ornamental, easily made, and organized - that is the best part. To be able to see all one's earrings at a glance would make the day or evening start much easier. Will have to make a couple of large ones - thanks for the great idea.

This is a super great idea and a good way to recycle what you have to make it. I have always stored my earrings in a cosmetic bag or jewelry box only to have to take everyone out when looking for a pair or them getting tangled. Also you forget what is in there as I do often. This way you can look up and see what you have got. You can get picture frames cheap at yard sales or your local thrift store to make this organizer. I can also see making a large one to go on wall in walk in closet to hang the earrings or necklaces. I always have lace and paint on hand. Thanks great tutorial and great idea.

I love this idea! I hate when jewelry organizers look clunky or cluttered! Also you could totally hang some of your necklaces on the bottom lace as long as they aren't too heavy!
