I love this so much! I immediately knew what it was - I have my great-aunt's desk, with knobs exactly like this one. There are beautidul small glass knobs at WalMat's hardware dept.

When I saw what this was made out of I was so surprised. But then I thought of some of the very pretty drawer pulls I have seen over the years. My grand mother for one had some gorgeous ones. I can see how they would make very pretty pendants. It's fast, easy and pretty, that's the bottom line.

I actually seen some knobs that were so beautiful but could not figure what to do with them. This is a great idea. So super easy and that vintage look. I do know some people that love the old time look and I know they would love to wear this necklace. The sparkle from this crystal knob give it that added touch. I am going to look for a pink crystal one and put it on an polished brass chain with some unique beads.
