This is not what I expected. When I hear chainmaille I think of heavy gun metal colored items.i certainly didn't expect to find this delicate extremely feminine bracelet. It's easy to make too. And it won't take much in the way of materials or time. Pastel pears would be pretty also.

I wish that I had known yesterday when I was at my bead store that I would find all these beading patterns so that I could have stocked up on jump rings. Darn, oh well, guess I will just have to make another supply run to make this gorgeous bracelet. I keep the local store in business. Who else does this?

For anyone having trouble with this project, go to the post. There are lots of helpful comments that range from making rings to correct position. It is a beautiful piece that seems to require lots of searching for the proper size materials. Or, trial and error, which is usually the best way to learn.

I just love this pearl bracelet! It looks lovely with the white pearls, but I think it would look so chic and edgy with black pearls (or purple)!

I made this bracelet using red beads, and it looked prettier than w/white pearls. once I learned technique, it is fun to make. Thanks. Sorry I don't have a picture to post.

This is a great project for several type of beads I have in mind. Thank You

I have tried with multiple size jump rings and multiple size pearl with no success. The instructions are too ambiguous. I actually feel I've wasted a lot of time and money with this pattern, quite frustrated.

Hi there, We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with the tutorial. The blogger for this project made her own jump rings to fit with the size of the pearls she had. We have a tutorial to help you make your own jump rings here: http://www.allfreejewelrymaking.com/Hints-and-Tips/How-to-Make-Your-Own-Jump-Rings We might also suggest contacting the blogger directly. She would be the best source for suggestions about specific bead and wire sizes. We hope this helps! -Editors of AllFreeJewelryMaking

this is a very pretty bracelet to make! and very easy! thank you!

What size jump rings do you use and how many

i have tried to make this but cant get it to sit right at all whats the jump ring size and bead size. i know it say us a bead a little smaller than the jump ring but everytime i do this they fall out. help plz

This is simple design but very elegant.....love it!! I don't care for chain maille when beads are dangling. To me it is tacky!
