If you don't have a black headband, it could easily be covered with black velvet fabric for a really posh look... If it is too narrow, you can place two side by side, glue and wrap them together with fabric then add the vintage pins, etc. vintage buttons, gems and rhinestones would all work beautifully with this lovely headband!
