From the Blogger: "I found these little teardrops recently and loved their shape. The colors are also unique. The California pink beads are actually pink on one side and a sort of golden color on the other. This gives the pendant a deceiving look of being constructed with three different color beads - pink, gold, and olive green when only two beads are actually used. Pairing the teardrop shaped beads with tiny white pearls creates a stunning contrast. Simple wire wrapping anchors all the beads to an oval wire. Add a bail and chain to wear this eye-catching pendant."

This is very unique and very pretty. After reading the directions, it appears very easy too. I think it would also be an excellent way to use up my bead stash. That's always a good thing. Now I just have to go thru about 600 beads and decide on a color scheme.

This is such an attractive look! And using double sided colored beads really does give it an added dimension while keeping things a but simpler in not needing a third color! The shape of these beads is so unique and eye catching! I am wondering if the basic pendant shape could be enlarged to create a matching bracelet? Perhaps use some jewelry elastic and Attach stone clusters of stones for a slip on option. Dazzling!

What a stunning DIY pendant! The teardrop beads in that circle pattern are just gorgeous!
